The Law of Self-Support for the Disabled and Special needs Education

Abstract
Owing to the influence of the idea of normalization and inclusion, which is implemented in the whole world, Japan has been experiencing great turning point for these three years in the aspect of welfare of the disabled and education for the disabled children. This study has the purpose to provide information about the law of self-support for the disabled and the system for the special support education, which are in the core of welfare of the disabled and revolution of education for the disabled children and also to investigate the subject for the future. These two system are receiving positive evaluation in the sense that they afforded self-support life to the disabled in the local community as well as gave equal quality of service to all of those persons regardless of their classification and degree. However there is also a critique that says Government has the latent intention to solve financial crisis of the nation and local government. Therefore it is required to arrange and examine the human & material environment as well as solve the financial problem afterwards.
